The story
Over the years, we have explored not only the technique but also the philosophy of fermentation, which goes beyond purely gastronomic or health considerations. There's no question that fermented foods are good for you, both in terms of their rich flavor and their health, both individual and global.
Fermentation, in fact, has to do with the profound meaning of life itself and above all with a new, yet ancient, way of considering food and the experience of nourishment.
Perhaps this is why we felt a calling: we had to influence other people, people willing first of all to listen to their own inner ferment.

This is how VIVI ferments was born, a company specializing in the production of fermented drinks and vegetables. All our products are designed to offer a pleasurable and healthy experience, and are beautiful, delicious, natural, and healthy.
To nourish, to care for, to infuse with well-being and joy. This is the mission of our food: a living, life-sustaining food, and this is why we domesticate millions of bacteria that find a home in our jars of vegetables and among the sparkling bubbles of our kefir.
