VIVI ferments is a benefit corporation specializing in the production of organic, live, and unpasteurized fermented foods, founded in 2021 with the goal of showcasing natural fermentation through high-quality artisanal products.

Zylmo (click here) is Tommaso Granelli's project dedicated to fermentation and baking. It stems from a passion for natural processes, continuous research, and careful selection of raw materials.

From the collaboration between VIVI ferments and Zylmo, two naturally fermented and unpasteurized kimchis were born. These two products reflect a shared vision: more conscious nutrition, the promotion of plant-based foods, respect for the environment, and support for virtuous organizations that strive for a better future every day.

Why we support Essere Animali

Essere Animali (click here) is an organization that promotes respect for animals through information, awareness, and research activities. It works to foster greater awareness of their welfare and encourage more sustainable food choices, collaborating with citizens, institutions, and businesses.

We chose to collaborate with Essere Animali because we share the belief that a more conscious food system can help build a fairer future for animals, people, and the environment.

A long-term commitment

For this reason, for every package sold, VIVI ferments will donate €2 to Essere Animali.

This is not a temporary promotion, but an ongoing commitment that will accompany these products throughout their time on the market.

To ensure maximum transparency, every six months we will publish the number of packages sold and the total amount donated, so that those who choose these products can know the concrete impact of their purchase.
