Over to you! Your experience with fermented foods
The protagonist of this new column that we will publish on our blog is Elisa, a dear customer who has been using VIViferments products for about a year and tells us about her experience with these "new" foods and drinks. We won't reveal anything else and we'll leave you with her precious testimony.
Happy reading and thank you Elisa for sharing with all of us.
"My name is Elisa, I am 45 years old and I am a mother, wife and a support teacher at the primary school in the Reggio Emilia area... even though I am originally from Parma.
In my free time I try to dedicate myself to my passions, first of all sports. I have been practicing bodybuilding for several years and because of my passion I also became a Hall Instructor studying at the Fif. Since last year I have a new passion: pole dancing.
In addition to sports, I am passionate about cooking, I have attended various courses at a school in Albinea, and I am a good eater! For a few years, even though I am not vegan, I have tried to eat as much plant-based as possible and I have introduced many foods that for many may be considered "strange" such as tempeh, tofu and miso.
I appreciate social media as a sharing tool and thanks to one of them I first learned about Vivi Ferments products. When I learned that the company was founded and produces in Salsomaggiore Terme in the province of Parma, my eyes lit up: my land. I couldn't help but try these products. So, driven by curiosity and the convenience of home delivery, I made my first order. I think I've been ordering from them for over a year and I've always been very happy.
Fermented products have a fresh taste, and give an extra boost even to simple salads. In addition to vegetables and fruit, Viviferments also produces fermented drinks that all of us in the family are in love with: our must-have is hibiscus kefir!
They are products suitable for everyone and perhaps not everyone knows that fermented foods enrich the intestinal flora, help the digestion of the food introduced and provide many nutrients. Personally I recommend them and promote them to friends and relatives because I believe they are important for the health of our organism".
