PRIVACY POLICY
This information is provided in compliance with art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) to users who access the website www.viviferments.it and is related to all personal data processed in the manner indicated below.
The Data Controller of the personal data collected is VIVIFERMENTS SOCIETÀ BENEFIT SRL.

DATA COLLECTED
The personal data processed are collected as provided directly by the interested party or provided automatically.
The data provided directly by the interested party are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any manner, directly by the interested party. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed:
- name, surname, email, shipping address, telephone number, billing information.
The data collected automatically are navigation data. Such data, although not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, could indirectly, through processing and associations with data collected by the Owner, allow his/her identification. In particular:
- list of data collected IP address, browser, and data automatically collected by Google Analytics etc.
Following the sending of newsletters, the platform used allows to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details relating to the IP and browser/device used. The collection of this data is essential for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the section Treatment Methods) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The data is processed exclusively for the purposes for which it is collected, as described below.

We use the data provided by interested parties to improve the user experience. Only in the case of specific consent from the user, to allow membership to specific and additional services such as sending future informative and promotional communications via email or electronic means.
The provision of the data listed in the "Data Collected" section is mandatory to allow the user to access the service. For this reason, consent is mandatory and any refusal to process or failure to provide, incorrect or partial provision of data could result in the impossibility of correctly providing the service.
The provision of data for the purpose of sending newsletters for promotional, informational or research purposes is optional and the refusal to give the relative consent to the Processing will result in the impossibility of being updated on commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, of receiving offers or other promotional material and/or of sending the user personalized offers. VIVIFERMENTS SOCIETÀ BENEFIT SRL does not provide any of the users' information to third parties without their consent, except where required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU/USA area is excluded.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The interested party may revoke his/her consent to receive promotional and commercial communications immediately by sending a request to the email address info@viviferments.it or by clicking on the appropriate unsubscribe link that can be found in the footer of each promotional and commercial email received.

TREATMENT METHODS
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, providing in any case for the annual verification of the data stored in order to delete those considered obsolete, unless the law provides for archiving obligations.
Data processing usually takes place at the company headquarters, by personnel or external collaborators duly designated as data controllers. The complete list of data controllers and data processors can be requested by sending a specific request to the email address info@viviferments.it

Registration and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, which is present in each email, or after 12 months from the last communication for which there is evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, response).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 GDPR each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his/her personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
- the origin of the personal data;
- the purpose and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic/IT tools;
- the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative;
- of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or persons in charge.

Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain from VIVIFERMENTS SOCIETÀ BENEFIT SRL:
- the updating, rectification or integration of your data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
- access to your data, i.e. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed;
- the limitation of processing;
- data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data concerning him/her in a structured format;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

Finally, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. In particular, the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending commercial advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The requests referred to in the previous points must be sent by email to info@viviferments.it

UPDATES AND CHANGES
VIVIFERMENTS SOCIETÀ BENEFIT SRL reserves the right to modify, integrate or periodically update this Policy in compliance with applicable legislation or provisions adopted by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
The aforementioned changes or additions will be brought to the attention of the interested parties via a link to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will be communicated directly to the interested parties via email.
